Thera Agro Resorts is situated in the outskirts of Karjat, in a small and beautiful village, Karalewadi. It is actually located near the Karjat-Matheran road which falls in the district of Raigarh. The 11-room with living hall farmhouse is surrounded by the attractive and panoramic natural scenes like rolling and green farmyard, picturesque mountains and TATA Power Road.The resort at Karjat is placed within a 24,000 sq ft area, in which 10,000 sq ft is occupied with one-storey cottages and villas accompanied.
Just in front of the entrance of farmhouse there is a crystal clear swimming pool with filtration set-up and a 3,500 sq ft lawn area for outdoor games and activities, such as cricket, badminton, etc. The swimming pool is surrounded by small grasslands and benches, where you can rest your body and enjoy the nature’s beauty with calm and soothing music. At the same time, you can solace your eyes with great views of green paddy fields around and beautiful sunsets.
